How this page works
- A check of each component runs every 15 minutes. It only reads: it does not place orders, send emails or charge cards.
- A component shows as down after two failed checks in a row, as degraded after one failed or unusually slow check. A day's bar turns amber when some checks failed or were slow and red when many did.
- A person posts and updates incidents. When we know customers are affected, it is written here, in plain words, before anywhere else.
