Questions
- What does "free" mean exactly?
- Every domain registered with us includes one mailbox at no cost, for as long as the domain stays with us. If you move the domain to another registrar, you can keep the mailbox for €19 a year.
- Can I add more mailboxes?
- Yes, up to 10 per domain. Each additional one costs €19 a year, renewed yearly at the price you bought it for.
- My domain is registered elsewhere. Can I still use it?
- Yes, for €19 a year per mailbox. You confirm that the domain is yours with one DNS record, then add the mail records we show you.
- Can I send newsletters from it?
- No. The mailbox is for everyday business and personal mail. Bulk mail (newsletters, campaigns, mailing lists) is not allowed: use a dedicated newsletter service.
