Notice and action

Report illegal content or a rights infringement

If you believe that a domain registered with us, or something we host for it, infringes your rights or is illegal, tell us with the form below. A person on our team reviews every report.

What we can act on

We can act only on the services we provide for a domain ourselves:

  • DNS hosting
  • email forwarding
  • a website from our website package
  • the public share page (/s/<domain>)
  • a listing on our marketplace

We can restrict or switch off these services. We cannot remove content stored with other providers: for that, contact the website's host.

Disputes about who owns a name

We do not decide who is entitled to a domain name. That is for the registry's alternative dispute resolution (for .si, ARDS at Register.si; for other endings, the procedure of that registry, such as the UDRP) or for the courts. We carry out their binding decisions.

Your report

All fields except the exact address are required.

We need your name and email address so we can tell you what we decide. We do not pass them on to the holder of the domain unless you agree or the law requires it.

Child sexual abuse material: please also report it to the police or a national hotline (inhope.org; in Slovenia, Spletno oko at spletno-oko.si). You can report such material to us without giving your name by writing to abuse@domainspace.si.

Points of contact

  • Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services: our single point of contact under Article 11 of the Digital Services Act is abuse@domainspace.si.
  • Customers and other users of our services: our point of contact under Article 12 is hello@domainspace.si.
  • We answer in English, Slovenian and Croatian.
