Do I get a refund if my registration fails?
Yes: if we cannot register the name after you paid, you are refunded in full, automatically.
Full automatic refund if we can't register your name.
This happens, for example, when someone else registered the name in the meantime. You do not need to ask for it. The same applies to a paid renewal that we cannot complete.
EU consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the domain is registered immediately after payment, you are asked at checkout to consent to that and to acknowledge that the right ends once the service has been fully performed. Details are in our terms of service.
