Does the website package include an email inbox?
Yes: one real mailbox on your domain (for example info@yourdomain), with webmail, phone and Outlook support.
The website package includes one real mailbox on your domain at no extra cost. You choose its name when you order (info by default).
- It is created right after payment. The password is shown once in the dashboard of your website, where you can also set a new one at any time.
- The contact form of your website delivers to this mailbox by default; you can choose another address when you order.
- Read mail in webmail (https://posta.domainspace.si) or in any mail app via IMAP and SMTP (see the phone and Outlook article).
- If your domain already had mail elsewhere we do not change its MX or SPF records on our own; the dashboard shows the records to set when you are ready.
- Mail is stored in the EU, on our own server at Hetzner (Germany or Finland).
- The mailbox is for everyday business mail. Newsletters and bulk or advertising mail are not allowed.
- If the package is not renewed the mailbox is locked, and deleted 30 days later with its mail. Renewing within that time restores it with a new password.
