Use Cloudflare for DNS
Move this domain's DNS to your own Cloudflare account. We copy your current records, so nothing breaks. Propagation can take a few hours.
In your dashboard, open the domain and choose "Use Cloudflare for DNS".
Automatic setup: Create an API token in Cloudflare and paste it here. We set everything up for you in one go.
How to create the token:
- Open the token page (button below) and click Create Token, then Get started next to Create Custom Token.
- Give it any name, for example DomainSpace.
- Under Permissions add three rows: Zone, Zone, Edit; Zone, DNS, Edit; and Account, Account Settings, Read.
- Under Account Resources choose Include and your account. Under Zone Resources choose Include, All zones from an account, and your account.
- Click Continue to summary, then Create Token, copy the token and paste it below.
We use the token only while you set this up. It is never stored or logged, and you can delete it in Cloudflare afterwards.
Next we switch the domain's nameservers to Cloudflare's. Until the change spreads, which can take a few hours, visitors keep being served by the current DNS.
Manual setup: Already added this domain in Cloudflare? Paste the two nameservers Cloudflare shows you and we switch the domain to them. Records are not copied: add them in Cloudflare first.
